weekly top 15 video rotation chart
In June 2021 So Arise Tv will select 15 Gospel Music Videos for 1 week Rotation on our Channel. All genres of Gospel are welcome...and we accept from all around the world. Chart will be published every month on the site.
Music Video Submission Policy
Section A.
You hereby grant So Arise Music International (hereby referred to as S.A.M.I) in perpetuity, the irrevocable right and license to record, broadcast, and exploit the music video identified below (the “Video”) on “So Arise TV” throughout the world (including but not limited to all future shows, television stations, and networks operated by S.A.M.I). Such broadcast rights include without limitation broadcast by terrestrial television, satellite, cable, pay, as well as every other form of television transmission or broadcast available now or in the future. Broadcast rights also include Internet streaming and download on any website operated or owned by S.A.M.I. You warrant and agree that S.A.M.I will not be required to make any payment to you or any other third party in the exercise of the rights granted herein and you hereby acknowledge that you shall receive valuable consideration in the form of promotion of the musical artists featured in the video.
Section B.
You represent that you have the full right and authority to grant to S.A.M.I full and unrestricted broadcast rights and Internet use—as stated in Section A—to the Video and that our exercise of such rights shall not constitute an infringement of any copyright, civil, personal, or property right of any third party. You further warrant that you have secured all consents, licenses, clearances of every kind necessary to permit free and unencumbered broadcast of the Video on "DAH Glory Top 10 Gospel Countdown Show".
Section C.
It is understood and agreed that S.A.M.I shall have no obligation to broadcast your Video and that the decision with respect to the same shall be determined in our sole discretion.
Section D.
All videos can be submitted in any suitable format electronically and should be the best HD quality possible, via email at this address: soarisetv@gmail.com Attention: Video Submission "Top 15 Rotation List” as the subject. Also you can send us a YouTube link of your video if available, to the same email address. “So Arise TV” does not claim any rights or ownership of videos submitted by Artist/Company and reserves the right by permission of the Artist and Artist personnel to showcase their recorded works to our target audience for promotion of Artist’s video.
